Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
